The Broken Oath Wiki is an independent field guide to Broken Oath, the single-player ARPG from Crater Studios. It exists because the game is unreleased, the public information is scattered across a store page and a handful of screenshots, and most “guides” are already inventing the rest.
Why this site exists
A new ARPG usually gets its first real guides from players who have the game. Broken Oath does not have that yet. What it has is a unusually detailed store page, six official screenshots and a clear design thesis: linked skill gems, a passive tree, Blessings and Curses, eight danger bands and a Forge. That is enough to build a useful field guide — if every claim is labelled and every unknown is left open.
We are not trying to be a wiki of numbers that do not exist. We are trying to be the site you open before launch to understand what the game is, and after launch to find the page that actually answers your question.
Who we are
The wiki is written and maintained by a small independent editorial team. We are not Crater Studios, Valve, or the Dwarven Realms team. We have not played a private build. We do not claim to have inside information. Our sources are public, and they are listed on every page.
How we work
-
Read the primary source
Steam store, appdetails API, official screenshots, Steam news and the developer’s public Discord announcements.
-
Separate fact from inference
Confirmed, observed, theory and unknown are different labels. A page can contain all four, but never without saying which is which.
-
Write the useful version
A guide should answer a question, not perform expertise. If the answer is “nobody knows yet”, say that and explain what to watch for.
-
Re-check before publishing
The store changes. A page that was true last month can be wrong today. Every entry carries a checked date.
Languages
The first phase ships in English, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Filipino, Malay and Russian. Traditional Chinese is a deliberate choice: the game supports Simplified Chinese but not Traditional Chinese at launch, so there is a real audience without a first-party interface.

The playtest changed the job
When this wiki started, the game had no public build. In late October 2026 a request-access playtest opened, and creators began posting builds, skill names and tier claims. That is useful, but it is not the same as verified data. The wiki now carries a fifth label, creator-reported, for playtest claims we have not seen ourselves.
