Editorial standards: how we know what we know
Most game guide sites sound certain because certainty sells. This one labels its uncertainty, because the game is unreleased and the difference between a confirmed fact and a good guess is the only thing that makes a guide useful.
The four labels
| Label | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmed | Stated by Crater Studios, the Steam store or an official Steam announcement. | “There are six classes.” |
| Observed | Visible in an official screenshot, trailer or public gameplay video. Cited with the source. | “The HUD shows Q W E R T skill slots.” |
| Theory | Our inference from genre conventions or the available evidence. Labelled in the text. | “A key next to the flasks is probably a movement skill.” |
| Unknown | No public source. We say so instead of filling the gap. | “No release date has been announced.” |
The rules we follow
- No invented skill names, item names, boss names, numbers or dates.
- No claim of hands-on play unless we actually played the build.
- No ranked tier list without measured data.
- No third-party award, quote or statistic that cannot be linked.
- No affiliate link disguised as a recommendation.
- No scraped wiki text presented as our own reporting.
AI disclosure
The wiki uses AI-assisted drafting, translation and code generation. Every factual claim is checked against the primary sources listed on the sources page. No page claims hands-on experience we do not have. The translations are machine-assisted and may contain errors; the English edition is the reference text.
Independence
The wiki is not affiliated with Crater Studios, Valve or the Dwarven Realms team. It does not host, sell or distribute the game. It does not accept payment for coverage. If that changes, this page will say so before the change takes effect.
Corrections policy
When a source changes, we update the page and record it in the changelog. When we get something wrong, we fix it and say what changed. Corrections are not silently deleted. Email [email protected].
Dates
Every guide shows an updated date and a fact-check date. The fact-check date is the last time the primary sources were read. The updated date is the last time the page changed. They are often the same; when they are not, the gap is deliberate.
